I just found that I haven't draw Ben a picture a long time.

Not very familiar with him but I enjoy to draw people a picture as a gift.

my first small artist event

This is the first time I being a featured artist of the art event.

Scribble me happy is also the first store i selling my art works.

i m printing new prints for the event, more importantly, meet with other talented.

Dustin's last beer and my review from him

so today is the last day of my art director, Dustin, in Breaktime studios.

This is the silly picture we took during work with the amazing art team.

Dustin is really fun, there's no stress while working with him.

The communication is always good, and he stands for artists' right pretty well.

He has a very appealing style and he established all the game in a consistency way.

I really thank to him by offering me the job.

It's never easy for a just graduated international student get to work in a good environment withe the solid team.

The review he gave me which is keep working on my style to be more bold.

He said that's the style our ceo likes. and keep learning with Gary. He compliment Gary's drawing skill a lot.

He also taught me not being afraid giving my voice in the company.

And stand up for my rights.

It's really a pity for his leaving, but it's also an important turning point of this company.

We all look forward the new art director bring different energy and organizing the company better and better.

I picked the tree little pigs.

The purpose is presenting their personalities well.

I had so much fun while working on them.

I would love to create an adventure story of them. :3

assignment2

The assignment2 that Gary gave to me is taking the colors from this drawing but make my own drawing.

Honestly, it's very challenging to make a good composition drawing by limited color pallet. 

Since I have to do the assignment by my extra time, I wanted to draw a good one with interesting story and good composition.

This assignment took me lot of time thinking what to draw.

I should also do a grey scale thumbnails next time.

My art leader, Gary, gave me an assignment to work on after work.

He wants to train my sensibility of colors. 

I was practicing with Dice's color script from toy story3.

This is my take of the work.

Not allowing to grabe the color from photoshop tool but only with my eyes.

It is very hard.

I just can't make the color of the sky right. 

but i am sure this is a very good practice for me to train myself.
